A companion to the TRIF training manual

This app is a field companion to the printed practitioner's manual Panchayat Leaders for Gender Justice, designed to support facilitators and participants of the 3-day training programme.

The training is published by The Resource & Innovation Foundation (TRIF) — a foundation that strengthens grassroots institutions across India to deliver on the promises of the constitution, especially in rural Panchayats.

The companion works fully offline once opened. Choose Facilitator mode to run a session with step-by-step instructions, timers, and a materials checklist. Choose Participant mode to read a plain-language summary, reflection prompts, and capture personal notes.

All notes and progress are stored only on your device — there are no accounts, no servers, and no data leaves your phone.
